What is your definition of Leadership?
Leadership is about how you treat those you are expected to lead. A leader is not the smartest person in the room but rather surrounds themselves with and promotes a culture of, smart and talented leaders within a team framework. A leader is empathetic, not sympathetic, a leader listens 80%, speaks 20%, a leader celebrates his team wins, a leader is grateful, thankful and supportive.
